Chaquez McCall, a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney and proud lifelong resident of Florence, SC, offers unparalleled legal services at the McCall Law Firm, which he spearheads as the Owner and Managing Attorney.
A testament to Chaquez’s dedication to his studies and community, his academic journey commenced at Wilson High School and later flourished at Francis Marion University, where he excelled in Political Science, earning accolades like the Jesse A. Cole Political Science Scholarship and The Neal D. Thigpen Award in South Carolina Politics and Government.
His passion for justice led him to North Carolina Central University School of Law. During his time there, he contributed to the NCCU Law Review as a Staff Editor and gained invaluable experience in the Civil Litigation Clinic, dealing with intricate civil rights cases that have shaped his approach to personal injury law.
In 2020, his commitment to public service was recognized when he was elected the youngest member in the history of the Florence City Council, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee and Judicial Review Committee.
An active member of numerous esteemed organizations, Chaquez has his fingerprints on many critical community entities such as the American Association of Justice, the South Association of Justice, the South Carolina Bar, and the Florence County Bar Association, to name a few.
On a personal note, Chaquez is a loving husband to Adriane McCall and doting father to three children: Amiyah, Chaquez II, and Ava. Together, they are part of the Monumental Missionary Baptist Church community. In his precious free time, Chaquez relishes a good basketball game and, despite the emotional rollercoaster, remains a die-hard supporter of his beloved Gamecocks.
